Free Seminar: Understanding Special Minimum Wages under Section 14(c) of the FLSA

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division will offer a free seminar in Phoenix, Arizona on June 4, 2013 to assist employers and community rehabilitation programs (CRPs) in complying with Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Guardians and family members of workers with disabilities are invited and encouraged to attend as well. There is no fee to attend this conference; however, space is limited.

Registration starts at 8:30 AM and the seminar runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
