This event is a two-part event. Part One (1) will discuss analyzing personnel activity data, including applicant flow and hire data, promotion data, and termination data. Part Two (2) will discuss maintaining applicant flow data, both for the Internet applicant and traditional applicant definitions. The discussion will also include the maintenance of employment records in paper and electronic format as well as accessibility of online systems.

The topics will include overview of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, union officer elections, financial recordkeeping, and EFS (electronic forms system), Forms LM-2/3/4.
