Dec 12 Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program and Abandoned Plan Program Workshop, Indianapolis, IN.
The Cincinnati Regional Office of the Department's Employee Benefits Security Administration is holding a half day workshop to provide information and instructions on how to make corrections under the Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program. The workshop also will provide information on the Abandoned Plan Program including who may qualify as a Qualified Termination Administrator. One-on-one assistance will be available.
