Staff from the Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation's (DEEOIC) National Office and Denver District Office will host two informational meetings in Kayenta, Arizona, to discuss the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and the medical benefits provided under the program. Discussion will include specific information concerning home health care services, the Privacy Act, and how to better serve EEOICPA claimants. DEEOIC's traveling resource center (TRC) staff will also be available before and after each meeting to assist individuals with the taking of new claims under the EEOICPA and to provide claimants with status updates on their EEOICPA claims. The meetings will take place on Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. The TRC staff will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. |
