Jun 20 OFCCP - What to Expect During an OFCCP Audit/ OFCCP Regulatory Update, Omaha, NE.
This is a training presentation that will provide insightful information pertinent to the OFFCP Audit process. This training will provide the contractor with an overview of all required information, to include: Workforce Analysis, Job Groups, Utilization, 2-Factor Analysis, Applicant Flow Information and Compensation Data.

This workshop is a review of the Internet Applicant Guidelines, specifically as they pertain to conducting adverse impact analyses, data collection and data management. It is a "must attend" for Federal contractors who receive expressions of interest through the internet or other related electronic data technologies.

OFCCP - The Boston District Office is joining with the Mass Rehabilitation Commission on “Moving Beyond the Barriers: Secret to Successful Employment” – This two-day conference, sponsored by the Mass. Rehabilitation Commission, Mass. Commission for the Blind, Mass. Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Statewide Independent Living Council will provide consumers workshops on employment, advocacy, independent living, and assistive technology. OFCCP will be providing multiple workshops on Workers’ Rights and Disability Discrimination. Please come and join us for this important and informative event.
Jun 20 OFCCP: Construction and Compliance Webinar, Portland, OR.
Please join the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Portland Area Office for a webinar on Construction and Compliance. This “Webinar” is designed to provide federal construction contractors with basic information needed to successfully meet EEO obligations. The webinar seeks to familiarize contractors with OFCCP’s mission, jurisdictional purview and requirements under 41 CFR 60-4. Jun 20 Town Hall Meeting to assist nuclear weapons workers, Grants, NM.
The Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) will host a town hall meeting in Grants, New Mexico, to discuss the medical benefits provided under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA). Discussion will include specific information concerning home health care services, the Privacy Act, and how to better serve EEOICPA claimants. DEEOIC's traveling resource center staff will also be available before and after the town hall meeting to assist individuals intersted in filing a new claim under the EEOICPA. The town hall meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. The traveling resource center hours will be from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Jun 20 Prevailing Wage Conference, Stony Brook , NY.
The Wage and Hour Division will host a conference to provide outreach on the rules concerning prevailing wage requirements under the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA). Conference registration is from 7-9 am on Day 1 and the last session for that day ends at 5:00pm. Day 2’s first session begins at 8:00am and the last session for that day ends at 5:00pm. To register for the conference, send an email to that includes the participant’s name, title, organization and email address, as well as the location of the conference you wish to attend. There is no fee for attending; however, space is limited. Upon receipt of this information, a Labor Department representative will advise whether the request can be accommodated.
