This workshop will seek to assist Federal government contractors by addressing compliance beyond the written affirmative action plan. It will cover topics such as applicant tracking, recordkeeping requirements, uniform and consistent application of qualification requirements and testing.

This workshop is designed to provide federal construction contractors with the basic tools needed to successfully meet EEO obligations. The workshop will seek to familiarize contractors with OFCCPís mission, jurisdictional purview and requirements under 41 CFR 60-4.

Jun 21 Seminar: Understanding Special Minimum Wages under Section 14(c) of the FLSA, Spencerport, NY.
The U.S. Department of Laborís Wage and Hour Division will offer a free seminar in Spencerport, New York to assist employers and community rehabilitation programs (CRPs) in complying with Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Guardians and family members of workers with disabilities are invited and encouraged to attend as well. There is no fee to attend this conference; however, space is limited.
