The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division will offer a free seminar in Portland, Oregon to assist employers and community rehabilitation programs (CRPs) in complying with Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Guardians and family members of workers with disabilities are invited and encouraged to attend as well.
