The Omaha District Office will present information regarding maintaining applicant flow data, both for the Internet applicant and traditional applicant definitions. The presentation will also include the maintenance of employment records in paper and electronic format as well as accessibility of online systems.

Please join the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program Los Angeles District Office for an in depth discussion on the requirements of Executive Order 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act. This discussion will provide valuable insight and guidance to preparing Affirmative Action Plans that are compliant with the applicable laws and regulations.
Jul 19 OLMS-Compliance Seminar, Nashville, TN.
The OLMS Nashville District Office will conduct a compliance assistance seminar for all interested union officers, staff, and other interested union officials. The seminar will cover an overview of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act, financial recordkeeping and internal controls, the Electronic Forms Systems for LM-2, LM-3 and LM-4 filers, and union officer elections.
Jul 19 Seminar: Understanding Special Minimum Wages under Section 14(c) of the FLSA , Birmingham, AL.
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division will offer a free seminar in Birmingham, Alabama to assist employers and community rehabilitation programs (CRPs) in complying with Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Guardians and family members of workers with disabilities are invited and encouraged to attend as well. There is no fee to attend this conference; however, space is limited.
