Jul 26 OFCCP - Analyzing Personnel Activity Data, Omaha, NE.
The Omaha District Office will host a seminar presentation that will cover the topic of how to analyze personnel activity data, including applicant flow and hire data, promotion data, and termination data.
Jul 26 OLMS-Compliance Seminar, Charlotte, NC.
The OLMS Nashville District Office will conduct a compliance assistance seminar for all interested union officers, staff, and other interested union officials. The seminar will cover an overview of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act, financial recordkeeping and internal controls, the Electronic Forms Systems for LM-2, LM-3 and LM-4 filers, and union officer elections.
Jul 26 Pittsburgh DO- ADA Celebration Town Hall Meeting, Pittsburgh , PA.
OFCCP’s theme for the Town Hall Meeting Celebration is “What ADA Means to You and Me. The objective of the celebration is to bring together community based organizations and individuals with disabilities in recognition and appreciation of their accomplishments while overcoming challenges. The celebration will also create a platform upon which to build as we salute the various efforts made by federal, state and local governmental agencies and organizations that assisted in “leveling the playing field” for individuals with disabilities and, collaborate on continuing the efforts of protecting their rights in the workplace. Free event for the community at large.

A workshop for new contractors and their representatives. In this workshop, OFCCP's Compliance Officers will provide instructions for complying with a Scheduling Letter, producing AAPs, and what to expect in a Desk Audit.
Jul 26 Working for Women: Your Job, Your Rights, Lansing, MI.
Department of Labor (DOL) officials will discuss the economy, recent trends in employment, challenges facing working women, and resources available to address those challenges. The event will be presented in collaboration with senior DOL officials, and DOL Chief Economist Adriana Kugler.
