The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division is hosting a free conference in Miami, FL to provide outreach on the rules concerning prevailing wage requirements under the Davis-Bacon Act, McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act and the labor standards provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
