The OFCCP Northeast Regional Office will host a New York Construction Union Education Exchange Forum for union representatives and business agents to educate and discuss the role of the OFCCP in enforcing Federal equal employment opportunity and affirmative action laws that apply to Federal construction contractors and subcontractors. In partnership with the OFCCP presentations will also be made by other DOL agencies: the Wage & Hour Division, Occupational Safety & Health Administration; Employee Benefit Security Administration; and the Office of Labor Management Services. The U.S. General Services Adminstration will also be presenting at this event. |
