The seminar will cover the requirements of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act for conducting union officer elections, as well as federal regulations pertaining to various union reports. Specifically, the seminar will present advice on setting up a polling site, techniques for a quick and accurate election vote tally, and tools for resolving election issues. Explanation will be given on reporting and recordkeeping requirements, and completing labor organization annual reports, Forms LM-2, LM-3 and LM-4, as well as a discussion of the OLMS Electronic Forms System (EFS) for LM-2 filers. |
