Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the State of California’s Employment Development Department’s (EDD) representatives as they present the equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action requirements of Federal contractors. Topics to be discussed during this Conference will include, but not limited to, the responsibilities of OFCCP and EDD in insuring qualified veterans are recruited and retained, mandatory job listing requirements through CalJOBS or employment service delivery system, and tax benefits available to employers.
