On October 4 and 5, the Wage and Hour Division (WHD) will conduct a free live webcast of their Prevailing Wage Conference for government contracting officials. Over the course of the two days, WHD staff and their federal agency partners will conduct program seminars that focus on Davis Bacon Act (DBA) and Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance principles; the process of obtaining wage determinations and adding classifications; compliance and enforcement processes; and the process for appealing wage rates, coverage, and compliance determinations.
