Mar 18 , 2015 Town Hall Meetings to assist nuclear weapons workers The Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) will host three town hall meetings in Westminster, Colorado, on March 18, 2015. At the 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. town hall meetings, DEEOIC staff will present an overview of Parts B and E of the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA). At the 11:30 a.m. town hall meeting, DEEOIC staff will present information about the medical benefits provided to claimants who have been approved under the EEOICPA. Denver district office and resource center staff will be available from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. to assist individuals with the filing of new claims under the EEOICPA and to provide claimants with updates on their existing EEOICPA claims. Mar 10 , 2015 Traveling Resource Center to assist nuclear weapons workers The Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation's (DEEOIC) Denver district office staff will host a traveling resource center in Casper, Wyoming, to inform the public about the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and the medical benefits provided under the program. Staff will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to assist individuals with the filing of new claims under the EEOICPA and provide claimants with status updates on their existing EEOICPA claims.
