Nov 21 , 2014 OFCCP - Construction Compliance Assistance Event The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), in collaboration with Wage & Hour Division (WHD), will be providing information to federally assisted construction subcontractors working on the Ohio River Bridges Downtown Crossing Mega Project. OFCCP will be educating these subcontractors on how to meet their federal EEO obligations.
