Apr 28 , 2015 Traveling Resource Center to assist nuclear weapons workers Officials from the Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) will host a traveling resource center in Newport News, Virginia, to provide the public with information about the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA).
