Sep 11 , 2014 OFCCP - Section 503 and VEVRAA Regulations Update Please join the OFCCP Dallas District Office for an informational presentation regarding Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act and VEVRAA regulations affecting Individuals with Disabilities and Protected Veterans. OFCCP will explain why the changes were necessary, the effective date, and what it means in terms of implementation. Oct 22 , 2014 Stakeholder Meeting on Improving OSHA’s Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory Program OSHA has scheduled an informal stakeholder meeting to gather information on how the agency can increase the effectiveness of its Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory Program. The meeting will focus on the use of the private sector to improve timeliness and efficiency of the NRTL recognition process, certification marks, factory and field inspections, and other topics if time permits.
