DOL Information & Outreach Forum - Preparing Employers and Workers for Success The OFCCP Denver District Office will present several sessions on a variety of topics at the forum: 1) General Affirmative Action Program requirements, for new contractors and those not familiar with OFCCP; 2) Common problem areas for federal contractors, for contractors who may be reviewed and those who wish to learn more about OFCCP; 3) OFCCP joint session with the Secretary's Regional Representative (SRR) and the Women's Bureau (WB), where OFCCP will address non-discrimination in compensation practices and the other presenters will address equal pay; and, 4) Agency leaders opening panel and closing panel on success for employers and workers for community based organizations and other representatives.
