The Department of Labor is providing this information as a public service. The following information is provided as an informal educational advisory program based on the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) government-wide non-regulatory guidance.  The information in this system is not an official statement on the law or Federal regulations.  The regulations and related materials are maintained on this system to enhance public access to information on Department of Labor programs.
