Main Menu Overview

The next screen is the main menu of the Hazard Awareness Advisor. The main menu provides you the option of conducting a review of your facility or obtaining a range of helpful information.

Hazard Awareness Program

To begin the program select "Let's complete a review." The Advisor will ask a series of questions designed to identify the potential hazards in your workplace. Following the questions, the Advisor will prepare a text report which you can later review.

Information Please

This section of the main menu provides hypertext links to Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) safety and health data, OSHA contacts, and other information you may find useful for improving safety and health in your workplace. (Note: the links to the BLS data, OSHA consultation service and OSHA regional offices permit you to obtain information not included in the Advisor's database. You must save or print this information if you want to retain it. It will not be included in the Advisor's report.)
