You indicated that:

• The affected employee’s pre-existing condition did require medical treatment before the event or exposure, and no change in medical treatment was required because of the event or exposure.

According to OSHA Regulations 29 CFR 1904.5.b.4.iv, the work-related event or exposure does NOT appear to "significantly aggravate" the pre-existing condition.
