You indicated that:

• The affected employee’s pre-existing condition could have resulted in a loss of consciousness in the absence of the work-related event or exposure.

According to OSHA Regulations 29 CFR 1904.5.b.4.ii, the work-related event or exposure does NOT appear to have "significantly aggravated" the pre-existing condition.
