As a transitioning service member or veteran, you may be eligible for various benefits and services, such as education and job training, assistance starting your own business, or help finding and financing housing. The resources below provide more information about these benefits and services.

Education and Training — Information for transitioning service members interested in continuing education or acquiring training before returning to the workforce.

Department of Veterans Affairs, Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Service — This site provides information on education and employment benefits available to veterans with service-connected disabilities. 

Department of Veterans Affairs, GI Bill — This site provides information on education benefits. 

Veterans Upward Bound Program — This site provides information on the Department of Education’s educational program for veterans. 

Entrepreneurship — Information for those interested in owning their own business, including financial, technical, and managerial assistance to help start, run, and successfully maintain a business.
