Your employee should be placed on a military (or appropriate type for other uniformed service duty) leave of absence. Upon release from service, if your employee meets the other eligibility requirements (see Employee Eligibility section), the employee is entitled to reemployment rights and other benefits of USERRA (see Benefits section).
