WebMILS users can access all available sources for a specific country by selecting a country from the drop down menu and clicking "submit." The results page requires that users select from the available source types (international organizations, national government, etc.) in order to display available WebMILS sources. For a full list of country sources, users have the option of displaying all source types by selecting “View All.”
To further refine the list of sources displayed, a user may select a country and labor standard from the drop down menus (e.g. South Africa and Freedom of Association). Again, users will be asked to complete their search by selecting to display sources by individual source type or by selecting “View All.”
Users also have the option of utilizing all three drop down menus to access relevant sources from the WebMILS database. Thus, a search for South Africa, Freedom of Association, Government Performance, will further limit the results to available sources relevant to all three search criteria. As with the searches above, users will be asked to complete their search by selecting to display sources by individual source type or by selecting “View All.”
Note: All WebMILS searches require that a user select a specific country. Users cannot search solely by labor standard or indicator category. Additionally, as indicator categories are specific to labor standards, users must select both a country and labor standard in order to include indicator categories in their search criteria (Option 3).
