To begin the Health Benefits Advisor, please select from one of the two options:

  • For Employees: The Employee Section of the Advisor provides workers and their families with practical guidance concerning their health coverage, whether provided through a group health plan or otherwise, when they experience changes in their life and work situations, such as marriage, childbirth, job loss, or retirement. It also explains the rights and options of individuals under Federal health benefits laws in obtaining or continuing health coverage when certain life and work events occur and when timely decisions are needed.

  • For Employers: The Employer Section of the Advisor helps private sector employers understand their responsibilities and assists them in complying with the Federal laws applicable to their group health plans.
