Auxiliary Aids or Services

Section 188 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998, uses the term "auxiliary aids or services" to describe a wide range of methods of effective communication with people with various types of disabilities. Examples include (but are not limited to) various types of technology, devices, and personal services, from large print materials to sign language interpreters. See 29 CFR 37.4.
