Collection of Data on Race and Ethnicity

Section 188 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 requires data on race and ethnicity to be collected in accordance with the current guidelines of the Federal Office of Management and Budget. See 29 CFR 37.37(d) and Revisions to the Standards for the Classification of Federal Data on Race and Ethnicity.
