OSHA Lead in Construction Advisor
A Note About Your Report
The Advisor automatically creates a report containing information from your session. However, the Advisor does not automatically save a copy. You must print or save the report if you want to keep a copy.
A Note About State Plans and the Lead Advisor
Twenty four states and two territories are currently operating OSHA-approved State Plans. States must set job safety and health standards that are "at least as effective as" comparable Federal standards. The OSHA Lead in Construction Advisor's guidance should be generally applicable in these states as well, although employers may want to contact their State Plan officials with questions. Links to State Plan information, including contacts, and State websites may be found at OSHA's website at http://www.osha.gov/fso/osp/.
