You indicated that:

  • During the event or exposure the affected employee was in the work environment as an employee,
  • The affected employee’s injury or illness was solely the result of eating, drinking, or preparing food or drink for personal consumption (whether bought on the employer's premises or brought in),
  • The food or drink was NOT contaminated in the workplace, and
  • The food or drink was NOT supplied by the employer.

According to OSHA Regulations 29 CFR 1904.5(b)(2)(iv), this event or exposure appears to be an exception and does NOT have to be recorded.
