Alert: The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave or expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. Each covered employer must post in a conspicuous place on its premises a notice of FFCRA requirements.

These laws require employers to display official DOL posters where employees can readily observe them. DOL provides the posters at no cost to employers.

The Poster Advisor only provides information about Federal DOL poster requirements. You may want to contact your State Department of Labor to obtain information about your state's requirements.
