It’s important to note that using this Advisor does NOT mean you have submitted a VETS-4212 Report. Rather, this Advisor is intended to assist in gathering all the information required to fill in the form in one place.

To start, please indicate the “Type of Reporting Organization.”

• Prime contractor
• Subcontractor
• Both

“Type of Reporting Organization” indicates the type of contractual relationship (either a prime contractor or a subcontractor) that the organization has with the Federal Government. If the organization serves as both a prime contractor and a subcontractor on various Federal contracts, select both options on the VETS-4212 Report.
