FLSA - Child Labor Rules

Because you are 16 years old or older, you may work on any farm. You may work during hours when school is in session. You may work on any day, for any number of hours, and in any job.

In fact, there are even some dangerous jobs you are allowed to do that 14- and 15-year-olds may not do. These jobs are listed on the next page so that you are aware they are dangerous and can be extra careful if these jobs are assigned to you.
