An employee’s pay may be determined on a piece-rate, salary, commission, hourly, or some other basis, but the calculations for determining overtime pay must be computed using the employee’s regular rate of pay.
From the following list, select the method of pay for the employee's earnings for the pay period(s) you are using for this Advisor. If you are paid by a combination of methods (for example, hourly and commission), choose the method of pay which represents the majority of the employee's pay for this pay period. If the combination of pay methods includes hourly pay and tips for the pay period you are using, choose tips as the method of pay.
