Military Caregiver Leave - Relationship to the Covered Servicemember

ยง 825.127

Based on your selections, it appears that the employee requesting leave is not the spouse, son, daughter, parent, or next of kin of the covered servicemember as required under the FMLA. Therefore, the military caregiver leave provisions would not apply.
