In the WOW Application, search for your company by entering its name or a keyword into the Search for your employer box. A keyword can be an industry or product associated with the company, such as drywall.
You can narrow the search by selecting a state in the Filter by State (Optional) box.
Click the WOW Search button.

WOW returns the search results in a grid.
If the grid is multiple pages long, you can click Next to page forward.
When you find your employer, click the line to select the company. If you do not find your employer, go back to step 1 and try entering different criteria in the search box.
Click Continue with Selected Company.

WOW displays a name search form and details about your selected company.

Enter your first and last name in the boxes provided. Click Check Name.

WOW displays all versions of your name that were found.
Select the name that is yours and click Continue. If your name was not found, click Begin Again with a New Search.

WOW displays a contact information form.

Need Help With This Page?

Enter your current contact information to receive a Back Wage Claim Form and instructions. All fields are required.
Click Submit. WOW displays the company and employee information.
If you need to make changes, click Edit Information.
When the information is correct, click Submit Information.

WOW displays a confirmation page. WOW also sends the confirmation number to the email address you provided, along with a Wage Hour Claim Form and instructions for returning it.
