Filing an Appeal:

If you would like to prepare and file an appeal, visit the MSPB's e-Appeal Online website, which is an interactive online application that guides you through the process of providing the Board with the necessary information. The MSPB does not accept new appeals via email; e-Appeal Online is the only method allowed for electronic filing. If you do not want to file your appeal online, you may download the Board's Appeal Form and file your appeal by traditional means (by postal mail, fax, or personal or commercial delivery).
