Dispute Resolution

Time spent in resolving grievances between an employee and an employer, during the employee's scheduled workday is hours worked. As an enforcement policy, where the employee is represented by a labor organization, the counting of such time will be left to the collective bargaining process or to the custom or practice under the collective bargaining agreement.
